| I just ordered my Weber 57cm One Touch Silver on Sunday evening. By Tuesday 9am it had already been delivered and I had completed setting it up. It now sits boldly on the back patio in this mornings drizzle under the free vinyl cover which came with the order. Just want to say thank you for such great service the best price on the internet free delivery and the running commentary of emails providing me with the full delivery status from your delivery company. I have been using Weber Kettle BBQs for at least 20 years a major brand back in South Africa and so I am sticking to a product I know so well. This is a great oven replacement which used correctly can save you huge amounts on your domestic gas or electricity bill. With just about a dozen standard briquettes using the indirect method of cooking and controlling the temperature using the vents I have been able to roast 2 chickens to perfection. Looking forward to many more roasts and barbeques with neighbours and friends. |

| This is my second Weber barbeque - the first one is quite old now and although fully operational looking a bit tatty so it has been passed on to the younger generation in the family. The new barbie is every bit as good as I knew it would be but really it is the ordering process and Customer Service from Dawsons that I wish to comment on. The Weber arrived the very next day after ordering via the internet. In the meantime I received emails advising the date and time of delivery. On receipt we found some damage on the lid. A short phone call later solved the problem. I was asked for a few details and for a photo of the offending damage to be emailed. I was told I could carry on using the barbeque in the meantime. I received a reply to my email almost immediately stating the new part had been ordered and would be delivered asap. All this AND free delivery I shall be looking at Dawsons websites again |

| We have had our Weber now for two years and it is by far the best BBQ we have ever owned. Having lived in the US Canada and Oz and now living in the S. of France that is saying something - we have had lots of BBQsThe Weber has CONTROL That is the BIG difference. The controls are easy to use and give you infinite choice of heat settings. It also has mass so the temperature is not moving up and down with each puff of wind. Cleaning usually a grotty job is a doddle with the Weber. Just turn the burners on high close the cover and in 10 minutes it has cleaned itself Dont forget the Weber cook books - they have recipes that have been tried and test on your BBQ so they work - every time.Finally the guys at Dawsons are great They give you great advice and great service. One of our tablets was scratched in shipment. No questions - a new one was shipped out to us in France straight away. These guys are NOT the flog and forget brigadeBuy it - you will love it |

| Id already decided that the Spirit E210 was the right product for me but wanted to also get the right price.My normal route of Kelkoo kept recommending a well-known wont be beaten chain store but at a high price. And our local big DIY store had it a little cheaper but with the basic trolley and I wanted the shiney silver doors.But Google came up trumps with Dawsons - although I will admit I was initially sceptical didnt seem right - best price free delivery and a department store in a little Lancashire town. But a bit of web sniffing and nobody had anything bad to say.So I ordered and kept my fingers crossed.I ordered Monday night got a despatched email Tuesday afternoon and it arrived at 10am today Wednesday.The BBQ itself was pretty easy to assemble - the top half is already done its just the wheely cart below that you build.And it works a treat. My last gas BBQ was great but screws started to rust then other parts etc. Whereas this appears to have the right quality of components - not only the major ones but small screws that are coated to avoid decay.The whole experience has been good - product price and delivery.Just need the British summer to be as good |

| After much research and reading reviews I decided to go that bit extra and go for the Genesis. Putting the BBQ together took a couple of hours took my time and you need 2 people for a couple of the assembly stages. All the parts were there and everything fitted correctly. Difficult to see what way round some parts went as no written explanations are given however if you look further ahead this helps. Overall ok to assemble. There is no gas guage with this model so you have to get a gas bottle with the guage on it. Very quick to heat up and have done both direct and indirect cooking. Indirect cooked the chicken very well and steaks on the direct were ok. Cast iron grills cleaned easily. Food did not have traditional bbq taste I got with my previous gas bbq but I have only cooked a couple of items so I will reserve judgement on this front. Plenty cooking space and the green exterior is not the shiny green as in the picture but a much classier racing green.I bought this one for the longer term as previous bbqs rusted in to an unusable state after 2-3 years. The stainless steel looks good as well as not rusting.In conclusion looks goods cooks the food well however without the traditional flame grill taste. Very solid construction and easy to move around. The bbq supports the gas bottle which is very useful. Happy overall and hopefully with more practice I will get a more flame grilled taste. |

| If you have ever had trouble lighting a charcoal barbecue then you will think that this has come from heaven. So simple - a few scunched up sheets of newspaper or a couple of firelighters and away you go. No hoping that the charcoal lights before the firelighters give up or having an uneven firebed to cook over. An even spread of coals all glowing niceley. No mess - no fuss - no tears but do make sure that you use gloves when tipping out the coals. Highly recommended. |

| The Weber is a suberb piece of kit. Easy to assemble it is part assembled when you get it. It is sturdy and well made. Accessories are available for just about anything that you would want to do with it. I also bought the firestarter which makes lighting it so easy. A friend of mine has one and has owned it for quite a few years and it is still as good as new. I bought one on his recommendation and am not disappointed. Not cheap by any means but when you consider its lifespan compared to budget barbecues it is a most sensible purchase and probably works out cheaper. Other barbecues around the 25-30 mark only last a year and then need replacing and still do not work as well. All round a winner |

| BBQ World did a great job with my order. I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing on the website but they put it right over the phone with no fuss and it arrived the next day. This is one of those cases where you pay a bit more but you get what you pay for. The packaging was very green - no polystyrene or bubble wrap in sight. Assembly was straightforward taking about an hour to set the whole thing up. All instructions for assembly and use are clear. The BBQ is really well made and worked first time. It gets up to heat in a few minutes and cooks really well. My only reservation - hence 4 stars - is that the food is probably not quite as tasty as when done over real charcoal. But the speed and ease of use more than makes up for this. My advice - dont waste your money on a cheap BBQ - get one of these. |

| I got this equipment as a birthday present and was rely happy with it.
The bbq was installed in 15 minutes and I couldn't wait to use it. Luckily the wetter was ok within one week.
Used a chimney to light the charcoal (very helpful device to buy with your Weber bbq).
First peace of meat was a whole chicken. Everybody enjoyed the food and cooking it!
The Weber bbq was very easy to use. No hot grips. Easy to close the top and take a peak to check your meat. ash was easy to remove. When you close the ventilation holes the temperature is going down very quickly. The remains of the charcoal are kept for the next session. I have the vinyl cover but maybe the more expensive is better because you can already us it when the bbq is still hot.
Bottom line: Great toy and excellent equipment!

I am particularly fond of the rear rack that houses the infra-red rotisserie burner and 9mm armour piercing rounds to neutralize any savage neighbours, starving orphans, or stray cats that may try to snag your juciy three inch thick angus beef steak!
Best of all, the EGL4400X has a positronic artificial neural network that allows it to know exactly when to stop cooking your food. It also has a self-cleaning capabilities, a deployable drone to go shopping for more meat, and it has stared in three recent Hollywood movies!
If you want to live like I rock star, I highly encourage you to by two of these glorious beasts!
Hemingway said that, "This is meat. It tastes best cooked over fire and served with salt." Sadly, he did not know about the Electrolux series of Weber barbecues because when it comes to cooking, they are even better than fire! |

| Harry says the bottom shelf is curved to accomodate the gas bottle. If he reads the assembly instructions he will find that the curve on the bottom shelf should be at the front thus allowing for the user to stand closer to the BBQ. Harry also states the side tables are flimsy. I suppose they are if you want to park a Sherman tank on them. |

| Maybe Harry should do his homework before he types his reviews. Any BBQ that has a hinged kettle like lid, cannot be placed up to a wall. If you do the lid will not open. The idea that the Q300 is on a wheeled cart means that the BBQ is mobile and can be placed in a most suitable location. Come on Harry, stop nit picking. The 300 is GREAT. |

| I am delighted with this bbq and feel it is definately worth paying a little extra for the Weber brand (although at Dawsons you save quite a bit anyway). The chimney is a brilliant tool to get things underway quickly, even and cleanly. The 57cm cooks really well and has lost of space to work around the grill. I bought quite a few accesories, Weber mits, side table and lid holder all of which make for an easy bbq. We don't get the great weather all the time so it pays to get the best for when we do. |

| Harry has got it wrong. The screen on the bottom shelf is to hide the gas bottlet that should br at the rear of the BBq and NOT on the shelf. To place a gas bottle directly under a cooking grate is a fire risk. Weber HAVE got it right. If you want more shelf space dont use the screen! |

| Assembly takes far more than 15 minutes, but it is simple. BBQ looks good but a lot is for show. The plastic branding on the bottom shelf looks good but isn't practical - it cuts across all the shelving space so storage of things isn't easy. There are curves on the bottom shelf (I presume for the propane) but because of the plastic branding and strange curves on the shelf the gas will not fit on the shelf! Which means your BBQ will not be anywhere near flush to the wall. The plastic shelves either side are also flimsy and plasticy and don't feel robust enough for heavy plates/meat.
All this said, it looks great and cooks great, many meals are to be cooked on this puppy! |

| I have now used the Q300 about 12 times. Using the 300 as a roaster is so economical. Pre heat to temp required.Place joint in roasting tin and leave for prescribed time.PERFECT every time. the temperature remains constant so there is no need to keep having a peep. The same with fish in tin foil. The bonus is NO SMELLS IN THE HOUSE.and easy to clean 15/10 |

| This is our first Weber BBQ [One Touch Gold] and it is everything we expected it to be and more. The quality is first rate, build instructions made easy and recipes are also very good, even the food tastes better. We would have no reserve in recomending this model to anyone. |

| We purchased our Weber performer (22”) BBQ earlier this year and have since acquired a number of Weber accessories, including the Weber Poultry Roaster. Despite the weather, we have tried it out and it is everything people say it is. I took the opportunity to visit web sites in the USA to see what recipes and techniques they use with the roaster. The most popular was "beer can chicken" with dry rubs of herbs and spices. The results were fantastic! We used the direct method at medium heat and it took about 50 minutes (lid on and top vents closed) About half way through cooking we lifted the lid once only, to baste the chicken. The result was a tender, moist and very tasty chicken. Be sure to buy a small chicken (three and a half pounds max) so that the heat can circulate around the kettle lid ie. the chicken needs to be at least one inch clear of the lid when closed.
We are looking forward to trying out the many recipes we have found for this terrific accessory. The extra bonus is that you can use it in your conventional oven as well!
A must buy for chicken and BBQ lovers!

| Q300 was deliverd from Dawsons today as prommised.It took 15 minutes to build, so easy. I used it straight away and what a joy to use.It was like no othe BBQ I have ever seen or used. A large cooking area, indirect cooking for roast joints and two burners for traditional grilling make it the best ever BBQ in my opinion. Not forgetting the appearance,WOW. 10/10 for this one. |

| As soon as I saw this barbecue I just had to buy it - it's so much easier on the eye than the usual shape. We have had several other barbecues over the years but nothing has come close. It has been fantastic - cooks everything to perfection and it's amazing how much you can put on at any one time. We have been so pleased with ours we have bought one each for our children as their house warming present and they are equally delighted. What else is there to say - treat yourself - you'll love it! |
