Normal Delivery Service
Most Mainland UK (excluding zones shown below) orders are delivered free if the order is over £50 pounds.
Orders for items in stock, placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day and should arrive the following working day (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day (Monday-Friday). Please check each products availability for a guide on delivery estimates. |

Pallet Delivery Service
The majority of barbecues weighing over 30kg are delivered on a pallet to ensure that they arrive to you in
perfect condition. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps or carry the barbecue
through a property. The delivery driver will be able to wheel the barbecue as far as it is possible with a pallet truck
but will not be able to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away.

| Zone 1 includes England, Wales and Scotland, excluding UK Islands, Islands of Scotland and postcodes and locations listed in Zone 2. |

| Zone 2 includes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scily, Jersey, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle Of Man other UK Islands. |

| We can deliver barbeques weighing under 30kg to most mainland Europe locations including France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy for other destinations please contact us. Delivery to the listed locations normally takes 2-4 days. |

SMS Information For Delivery Of Barbecues weighing under 25kg
Provide us with your mobile telephone number (in the format 07 without international codes) and you will receive a SMS text to confirm despatch of your order and on the morning of delivery a second SMS text to confirm your availability. You will be given the option to re-arrange the delivery to a another convenient day.
Please Note:
i : This service is NOT available to all items despatched with ourselves.
ii : Your mobile phone number will be passed to the courier company for them to provide you with a text message.
iii : We will never pass your phone number on to any other companies.
