First Quality Products

We only sell FIRST QUALITY products including Denby Pottery. Many of our products are handmade and finished therefore there can be variations in colour, shape and size. All have passed the manufacturers quality checks prior to being received by ourseleves.

We are currently working on approximately 5 - 7 working days for delivery.

Discontinued or Old Product? - We only stock the current range of Denby Pottery (listed on the menu on the left), if you are looking for discontinued or old patterns try www.matchingchina.com

Spare lids? - Unfortunately we do not stock spares - lids for teapots, lids for covered dishes etc, you may wish to try www.denby.co.uk

Questions Answered
I'm looking for a particular product but cannot see it listed?
All the products we currently stock are listed on the website. If particular items are no longer available then they will be removed. If you are looking for a particular product try searching using the search box at the top of the page, try entering the first 3 letters of the design or product for example Blue for Blue Linen.
 
What's your returns policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue refunds for items that we do not receive.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing or via email within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including any delivery charge.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How is my order delivered?
The large majority of our parcels are despatched by courier. You will be emailed when your order is despatched and the parcel normally arrives the following working day. In most cases it is advisable for you to get your parcel delivered to an address where you or somebody you know will be able to sign for it. We normally despatch orders in approximately seven working days of receipt of your order. Parcels can be left without a signature as instructed at your own risk.

Can I view your products anywhere?
Our products can be viewed at our Department Store in Clitheroe however please note we do not have the full range in store. If you intend to visit please contact us at least 24hrs before so that we can ensure the products you wish to view are available in store.
 
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
